What is Wanna?
It’s a new way of living, where guests share different spaces, interests, and values. Our homes are specially designed to make your experience unique, balancing private and shared areas so you can study, work, and meet people from all over the world at the same time.
Our colivers are aged between 18 and 35 and come from all over the country and various parts of the world. If you are a student or a young professional, stay at WANNA and have a different experience during your stay.
In each of our homes, we have a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a laundry room. Most of our homes also have a terrace, a cinema room, and in some cases, a playroom!
Our standard rooms include a bathroom, double bed, a desk with a chair, a nightstand, a wardrobe, fan, and heating. The rate includes room cleaning once a week with bed linen change.

Availability at Wanna depends on the occupancy of each location. We have a sales WhatsApp line where they will offer you the type of room available in each house at the time of your inquiry.

About your Stay
First, you should check our room availability. If we have a room available on your desired date, you’ll fill out the reservation form. After confirming the details of your stay (location, room type preference, etc.), we will request your personal information and the payment of the entrance fee. At this point, your reservation will be secured. We will then prepare and send you the digital contract. After that, you’ll only need to enter the house and pay the security deposit.
How do I get the rates? Our rates vary depending on the house you choose and the entry date. You can find them on our website at Wanna Rates. In addition to the monthly rent, we request an entrance fee that is paid only once, and a security deposit equivalent to 1 month’s rent, which will be refunded within 7 (seven) business days after the contract ends.

To welcome you, the arrival time is from Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We recommend that you contact the administration of your house in advance to coordinate your arrival. If it is outside the reception hours, we will provide you with an access code so that you can enter without any problems.
You can stay from 1 week to 6 months, depending on the house you choose. After that, you can renew your contract as many times as you want, as long as your behavior aligns with Wanna’s values. Otherwise, the contract will not be renewed.
You can do almost anything you want in your room as long as you don’t damage the walls, floors, or other surfaces and return your room to the state you found it in.

If you leave Wanna before the contract ends, you must notify the administration, but you will forfeit the security deposit, and you won’t be able to recover any money already paid.
If you don’t start the contract, you will lose the entrance fee.

The manager is responsible for ensuring that the house remains in good condition and that all members enjoy their stay. Each house has its own manager.

We have security cameras in each of the houses, and access to them is through a fingerprint system.
Each house has a designated area and schedule for visitors. If you want to host someone, you must do so with advance reservation and an additional cost, as long as you are staying in a private room.
A private double room is for two people who book together and sign a single contract. The rate is for the entire room. A shared double room is for individuals who want to share with someone they don’t know, and each person will have their own contract. Rates are per person.
In each house, we have washing machines and dryers that operate with tokens provided by the administrator of your house.
No, smoking is not allowed inside our houses. There are designated smoking areas.
Couples can stay at Wanna. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children.

No, we do not have parking facilities, but we have bike parking available.
